You agree not to use our services to publish content that is unlawful, misleading, harmful, or in violation of any third-party rights.
All content you publish through our platform remains your property. Devworks Solutions does not claim ownership over any content you create or schedule. We only process your content to the extent necessary to deliver the service (e.g., temporarily storing media files for upload to TikTok).
Our platform integrates with third-party services including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and others. Your use of these integrations is also governed by the respective third-party's terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of these third-party platforms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Devworks Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of content, failed publications, or platform downtime.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability, and we will endeavour to provide advance notice where possible.
You may stop using our services at any time. You may also disconnect any linked social media accounts through the platform settings, which will revoke our access to those accounts. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if these Terms are violated.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bucharest, Romania.
